What will the apprentice be doing on site

We have a great opportunity for an individual looking to complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with construction.
This is a large construction company working within the Barking and Dagenham area.

The Apprentice will have duties that consist of -

• Filing documents.
• Telephone management.
• Taking messages.
• Mail handling.
• Responding to business enquiries.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Drawing up contracts.
• Maintaining organised file systems.
• Greeting visitors.

What sort of candidate are you looking for

The perfect candidate will be organised and a self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail. The company is looking for someone who is hardworking with a great work ethic and is willing to learn. They must have great communication skills, including writing and have problem-solving abilities.

For this particular vacancy, the host employer is only able to consider candidates who live within the Barking and Dagenham area. If you live outside of these areas you are welcome to apply but you will be considered for other suitable roles that TrAC advertises, rather than this specific vacancy.

Essential qualities

Strong communication skills.
Familiar with IT such as using, Word, Excel and emails.
Strong time management and organizational skills.

Desirable qualities

CSCS card is desired, however this is not essential.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grade 4/C in English and Math's.

The Working Week:

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
1 hour lunch break
£7.50 per hour.
