Screwfix has now funded more than 50 apprenticeships through its apprenticeship levy partnership with TrAC, helping to create opportunities for people to build rewarding careers across a wide range of skilled trades, including plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and painting and decorating. Through the partnership, TrAC recruits, places and supports apprentices throughout their training journey, connecting them with employers who need skilled talent. Screwfix contributes by sharing a portion of its Apprenticeship Levy to fund the training costs. Together, the partnership is supporting the next generation of tradespeople and helping address the industry's ongoing skills shortage.
