We are a not-for-profit Flexi Job Apprenticeship Agency registered with Government, providing shared Apprenticeship opportunities to apprentices, whilst helping contractors to meet apprenticeship targets on short term projects.

Our service is simple, flexible and easy to access.  We take the risk and work out of employing an apprentice, allowing contractors to concentrate on their business. 

We source the training, and the funding required, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.  We work with local schools and colleges to help you attract the very best apprentices.

Our Shared Apprenticeship Service and the Flexible Apprenticeships it delivers are recognised by CITB and the Department for Education, who both part fund the service.  Having a TrAC apprentice on site allows you to demonstrate social value to your clients and main contractors.

Our focus is on ensuring apprenticeships are sustainable and that apprentices are fully employed for the full duration of their training, not just for the duration of a project.

By working with contractors on a range of different projects, we piece together placements to support apprentices across the whole spectrum of construction and the built environment. This provides opportunities for more apprentices to get the experience they need to achieve their apprenticeship qualification.
