What will the apprentice be doing on site

This is an opportunity to join a busy team who work in new build settings, creating outdoor spaces within the developments.

In this role you will:
Dig the ground for planting
Plant a range of shrubs, plants and flowers
Plant trees
Lay and treat turf
Prepare the ground for laying paths and patios
Use specialist tools and plant equipment.
Work on a variety of large construction schemes for our impressive client base, including national housebuilders and large main contractors.
Be part of a dynamic team, contributing to high-quality landscaping projects.

In additon to the apprenticeship standard, upon completion the apprentice will receive a certificate in the safe use of pesticides and an emergency first aid certificate.

Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00

£288 per week

A Chelmsford based business is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Landscaping Apprentices. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a trade while gaining practical experience in the construction industry.

Are there restrictions

Candidates will need to hold a valid CSCS Card or be willing to undertake the necessary test immediately.
A full UK Driving Licence is required as sites are spread across a wide area and it won't always be possible to car-share.
Applicants must be aged 18+ due to the working time directive.

Qualifications Required

GCSE grade 3/D in maths and English or level 1 functional skills.
